For the British Healthcare Commission, Christopher established a long term relationship with the Finance Team which utilized all his skills and techniques. The Commission was subject to Government reforms which would see the Finance Team of 25 eventually lose their jobs. However, no set date was known for these changes, meaning that the Commission still required a focused and professional Finance Team in London. Over two years, Christopher first galvanized the team into identifying a vision, mission and set of values driven by their own personal beliefs and value set. This was translated into a number of "SMART" objectives for the team to attain. As the date for change drew nearer Christopher helped the team collectively and individually concentrate on their next steps, through goal orientation, CV/resume writing and interview rehearsals. The team stayed together until the abolition of the organization and the finance team receive praise for its professionalism throughout the process.
