Christopher is experienced in career coaching, human resource development, leadership, organization development and strategic planning and implementation. He has worked on both sides of the Atlantic for some prolific organizations including: The British Library, The Healthcare Commission, The National Health Service and British Government agencies. In the USA he has worked with a multitude of regional banks and global financial institutions along with State Government agencies and healthcare. He is very proud of the consulting work he completed for the astrophysicists and mathematicians of the University of Puerto Rico at the Arecibo Observatory.

Christopher holds an Internal Consulting Certificate from Cornell University and has a Degree in Business and Finance from the United Kingdom. He is a Master Facilitator in Parallel Thinking. Christopher is also a Certified Trainer and with those credentials has written and delivered hundreds of seminars and programs to thousands of participants.

Responding to the urgent need to help people in the job market, Christopher has turned his attention toward the individual. He helps individuals to re-brand themselves so they can pragmatically pursue the career they really want. Using his expertise in value-based leadership, lateral and parallel thinking and understanding the culture and intricacies of recruitment and hiring, Christopher is in a position to create strategies complete with tactical goals and deadlines that are designed to expedite the job hunting process and elicit actual job offers.

Outside of his full time commitments Christopher is equally professional as a per diem FAA certified Commercial Pilot. He is working toward becoming a FAA Certified Flight Instructor. Christopher is also an accomplished composer and musician having published four audio CD’s and a multi-part documentary on archtop guitar for PBS. His remaining downtime is spent with his 8-year old son and 4-year old twin girls.
