
Christopher Wylde is a soft-skills Consultant and Coach. His background is in behavioral and skill-based learning and development. For more than 25 years, Christopher has consulted in the UK, USA and Puerto Rico to a diverse clientele including: The British Library, The State of New Jersey, The University of Puerto Rico, National Health Service, Reuters, Chase Manhattan Bank, Ericsson, Southern Methodist University, Fidelity Investments, TD Bancorp and many more. Christopher became a Master Trainer in Dr. Edward de Bono’s thinking methods in 2003 and in that role, has facilitated hundreds of training seminars and workshops to thousands of participants. Christopher contributed to ‘The Churchill Leadership Program’ with Celia Sandys, Granddaughter of Winston Churchill at the Cabinet War Rooms in London. In 2013, Christopher completed a residential course of study on Strategy at Ashridge Business School. Christopher is a Career and Executive Management Coach. In that role, he partners with individuals to construct effective career search strategies. He has authored his first book, 'The Hiring Equation', a handbook for job seekers that is based on the 3-day 'Hiring Equation' seminar. Christopher holds an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate and flies for Jersey Shore Aerial Advertising. A composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, Christopher has released five albums and has performed throughout, Europe, UK, and the USA. Christopher was the Executive Producer of a two-part PBS documentary on the archtop jazz guitar. In 2017, Christopher was invited as a guest presenter at ‘The Liberty Science Center’ in New Jersey as part of the LSC’s ‘Lift-Off’ program. ‘Renaissance Man’ is a term many have used to describe Christopher, and one he is more than happy to accept.
